Q: How does GourmetFree work?

1. Register: The sign up process takes less than a minute. Please view our terms before signing up.

2. Earn points: To receive your gift card good for use at any online gourmet retailer, you must earn points. Visit the “View Offers” section of the site and complete an offer to earn points. Once you earn enough points, you can claim your gift card.

3. Get a free gift card: Once you have earned the number of points you need to obtain the gift card you selected when you registered, you can exchange them for a gift card good for use at the retailer which you requested. If you signed up for out “gift card at a retailer of your choice” gift card, just let us know which retailer you prefer. You can request a gift card for any gourmet retailer as long as we can buy it online and send to you via email.

Q: Can I get points without completing offers?

Yes! GourmetFree has a referral system. Once you sign up, go to the members area and you'll find your special referral link. Give this out to friends, family and colleagues, or promote online. You’ll earn 5 percent of your referral’s points.

Q: I completed an offer but never received the points, how come?

If you have tried completing any of these offers and you did not receive any points, it is due to one of the following reasons:

1. Advertiser did not find the information you provided useful.
2. You did not match the advertiser's targeted demographic.
3. Your cookies are not enabled.
4. You did not complete the offer.
5. You used fraudulent information to fill out the offer
6. You already completed this offer elsewhere.
