General Terms
By registering on Gourmetfree.com (hereafter "this site") you affirm that you are fluent in English, a resident of the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada or New Zealand, at least 13 years old (minors must have parental permission to register on this site), you have cookies enabled on your web browser, and that you used your real and accurate personal information to sign up on this website.
In addition, you also affirm by registering on this site that you will not engage in any fraudulent activity to include signing-up for multiple accounts multiple times with different e-mail addresses, using false information to obtain site currency (points) when asked to disclose personal information by website advertisers, using proxy servers or masked IP addresses.
By registering on this site, you acknowledge that we may terminate your account without notice to you if we suspect that you are engaging in fraudulent activities. An account revocation or closure will lead to the forfeiture of any points you have earned in the interim.
Limitation of Liability
This site nor its parent company COA ORG, LLC is liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this agreement. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the agreement.
Spam
Members of this site who distribute spam will forfeit their accounts and any past, present and future earnings associated with said account.
Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the deletion of your account without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies or points in your account related to said fraud. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: Using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not your own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service.
Payment
Users who have earned enough points to redeem them for a gift card or voucher, will have their requests processed at the end of the month.
If a user hits his payment threshold in one month, then this site will pay out at the end of the following month. This site does not pay out in the following circumstances: To members with incomplete or inaccurate account information or members who earned points through fraud.
In some cases payments may require additional time than above-indicated to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed/paid-out the following month, as there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions on, and, by participating on this site, users understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until has received payment from its advertisers.
